The CMO Club invites you to join your fellow CMOs and Heads of Marketing on Tuesday, May 17th for your next Seattle Chapter Dinner and Roundtable at Il Fornaio at Pacific Place! The event will be a great evening of peer networking coupled with a timely roundtable discussion on Virtual Reality (VR): How CMOs Need to Think About the Future of VR for their brand and customer experience, led by Simon Whitcombe, US Lead for Ecommerce, Education and Travel for Facebook. Come and hear what Simon has to say about VR, as well as other key initiatives discussed at Facebooks recent F8 Conference, including Video and Messenger. As a Special Bonus, you will have an opportunity to try VR as part of a live demo for attendees of our May dinner event. This is one dinner you won’t want to miss!
Social VR, one of the big announcements from Facebook’s recent F8 Conference takes another step toward creating and facilitating inter-personal interactions via online social media. This is important news for marketers, as users across the globe are only continuing to be more accessible and more interactive as they expand their personal networks. Facebook is also shifting focus toward live video, enabling users (and brands) to easily stream feeds.
At the next Seattle dinner, Simon will lead the conversation by sharing his expertise on what CMOs need to know to keep their brands at the forefront of the emerging trends of VR and Video.
The CMO Club private dinners and roundtables are for Senior Marketing Executives only. These roundtable discussions provide the opportunity to learn from and network with fellow marketing leaders, share insights, develop lasting relationships and leverage the CMO Club benefits.
