38% of CMOs say Content Has Yielded the Biggest Improvement in Customer Experience

We polled CMO Club Members on what investment has yielded the biggest improvement for customer experience.  Here’s what we found out…

Coming out on top is Content with 38% of CMOs saying that has yielded their biggest improvement in customer experience.  25% of CMO Club members feel that Data Analytics was the most impactful investments for customer experience, followed by Tools such as CRM at 21% and Human Resources at 13%.  Only 4% of CMO Club Members felt that Social Media had the biggest impact on customer experience.
