Marketing to Millennials: The #SocialGeneration
Discussion Leaders: Laston Charriez President & Founder at KeNi Kombucha and Former SVP Americas Product Marketing & Product Development at Western Union
When: Thursday, October 26: 11am-Noon PT | 2pm-3pm ET
What to Expect: If you google “marketing to millennials”, literally thousands of articles pop up with advice ranging from “they only trust recommendations from friends” to “your content must be optimized for social” (duh). Of course, the reason there are so many different sources out there offering advice is because millennials are an incredibly fickle and suspicious generation – and most marketers have not cracked the code to effectively reaching them on a consistent basis. Being media darlings, they have the power to access content how, when, and where they want and it’s our job as marketers to give it to them without landing ourselves on the “uncool” list. During this roundtable, Laston Charriez will share his journey toward effectively reaching millennials as a Dad of two Millennials and, while he was at Sara Lee, Western Union and at his new enterprise. We’ll also discuss your own successes and failures and come up with some best practices.
What is a Virtual Roundtable? Virtual Roundtables are one-hour open discussion webinars led by a topic expert. This is a small group event for Senior Marketing Executives only. These roundtable discussions provide the opportunity to learn from and network with fellow marketing leaders, share insights, develop lasting relationships and leverage the CMO Club benefits.
