When we think of the term “brand” we typically associate it with an organization’s logo or a catchy tagline that connects us to a particular product or service.  How many times have you heard “we need to order up some stress balls so we are branded at this event”?

Brand can seem like such an ambiguous term, but what if we associate brand to a higher level? What if the company’s culture or the experience it provides to customers drives the brand. Rather than separating culture, we can start to think of the culture as ultimately being the brand.
