Eurasia region serves ca 52 million customers (including 26 million in Ukraine and 10 million in Kazakhstan).

Eurasia’s recent business progress 
Mobile service revenue increased organically 1% YoY due to solid results
in Kyrgyzstan

  • Mobile data revenue growth of 7% YoY
  • Churn improved YoY in Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and
  • Competition increasing in Uzbekistan due to third and fourth operator
    entering the market
  • Strong operating cash flow

Within the process of compiling new top-management team for Eurasia region the company is looking for a new Chief Commercial Officer Eurasia.

The Key Targets for the new Chief Commercial Officer Eurasia will be:

  • Manage the implementation, localization, adaptation and further development of global corporate commercial strategy in the assigned region (Eurasia, 7 countries);
  • Contribute to the company’s mission realization (become world class digital operator);
  • Lead transformation of the commercial functions and of the corporate culture in local units.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High-level of cultural adaptability
  • Change management experience
  • Experience of operating within matrix structure
  • Exposure to Russia/CIS
  • Professional proficiency of the Russian and the English languages
