“Chief Marketing & Communications Officer” (CMCO) for Feeding America – the nation’s third largest non-profit, and by far the largest domestic hunger-relief organization. Together with its members, Feeding America provides more than 3.6 billion meals to more than 46 million people through 60,000 food pantries and meal programs in communities across America. Individuals, non-profit charitable organizations, businesses and government all have a role in ending hunger, and Feeding America is committed to coordinating and leveraging these constituents towards that end.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMCO will be a key member of the Executive Team, overseeing a large team of Marketing and Communications professionals, multiple external agency relationships and a well-resourced, significant annual operating budget. The CMCO will ensure the organization’s message effectively reaches targeted audiences across channels in order to meet awareness, engagement and fundraising objectives. This position is based at Feeding America’s national headquarters, in downtown Chicago, IL.
