Chief Revenue Officer –

Functioning as the right-hand to the CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer leads all revenue-generating efforts for, and is responsible for constantly increasing both revenue and revenue growth rate. Key measures of success are Revenue and ROI generated by his / her activities.

The CRO directly manages all activities relating to Customer Acquisition, Customer Experience & Conversion, and Customer Retention & Remarketing. As a Lead Executive, the CRO coordinates with the heads of Merchandising and Operations, who also report to the CEO. The CRO manages a team consisting of two direct reports and their staffs.
