REQUISITE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is a results oriented visionary marketing leader with a proven track record in building and leading e-Commerce businesses through driving innovation in technology, engaging content, developing people and teams, displaying financial acumen, and implementing partnerships across operations, merchandising, and IT. Has an inherent passion for driving revenue growth, organizing resources and prioritizing work effectively to drive results, showing success with new marketing initiatives. Must be a highly effective, hands-on, forward-thinking leader who has a transformative mind-set and is hyper focused on making an impact.
Demonstrated Results & Operational Excellence
Proven track record of success as a senior executive marketing leader building and managing a multi-channel business from strategy to execution including: web, mobile, social media in a multi-channel organization.
10-15 years progressive multi marketing leadership experience achieving or exceeding business and P & L objectives.
Minimum of 5 years eCommerce marketing leadership developing and executing highly successful marketing programs.
Experience in developing short and long term strategic plans, with ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
Solid intuition and comprehensive understanding of the online user experience. Thorough knowledge of Internet technology.
Excellent knowledge of data analytics to ensure timely decisions that continually optimizes revenue.
Strong quantitative analytical skills, familiarity with databases and understanding of sales, analytics, financial data.
Digitally savvy background, immersed in latest marketing trends and results in innovation (e.g. social media, mobile, etc.)
