With just 5% share in this incredibly fragmented category , we see huge upside if we can develop new marketing gas pedals.

In addition to leading ”Integrated Marketing ” (currently encompassing Creative and Merchandising in addition to more straight-up marketing functions), you’ll be part of the Senior Leadership Team ( reporting to our Co-founder & CEO ) , where you’ll help steer strategy, product development, org design, and company direction overall.

T he ideal candidate will have a t rack record of developing game-changing marketing programs. Deep experience with branded, web-based consumer marketing ( especially search, email, and social/digital ) is essential . Strength in B2B marketing, sales support, and omni-channel business models would be a plus .

Additionally, to join our leadership team, you must model CustomInk’s core values – The Golden Rule, Ownership, and Innovation – and be a courageous team player who puts the company’s wellbeing ahead of functional interests.

T his is a special opportunity to help create tremendous value in the market place , among our team, and for shareholders. We expect our senior leaders to care and act like owners, and all have significant equity upside in the company’s success.
