Maintains marketing job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.  Develop and implement communicaons and media strategies that successfully deliver informaon and key product and enhancement messages to the public and internal execuve team.  Develop and maintain a strong and producve relaonship with both print and electronic media. Idenfy areas for process improvement and ensure improvement opportunies are implemented, and subsequent value realized. Maintain knowledge of markeng trends, developments, and best pracces. Manage campaign budgets, channels, and expenditures to meet eAciency targets. Collaborate with designers to develop creave as necessary. De+ne and track key metrics ed to company growth and markeng spend Work with sales and clinical on cross-departmental iniaves Work with the CEO and CFO to develop and measure markeng KPIs Idenfy markeng opportunies by idenfying consumer requirements; de+ning market, competor’s share,and competor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasng projected business; establishing targeted market share.  Execute internal and external markeng strategies to include adversing, public relaons, crisis communicaon, online services, physician markeng, service line development and outreach to community, hospitals, and insurance providers.  Regularly monitor key service line growth for ongoing development opportunies. Work with administrave sta& and department heads to develop, iniate, manage and provide follow-up on markeng, adversing and promoonal strategies, as well as budgets, to include measuring and monitoring returns on investment (ROI) Execute adversing and media placement with approved vendor partners.  Regularly review and revise external collateral, materials and internal communicaon tools. Coordinate, write and produce internal and external communicaon materials as needed, which may includepress releases, feature stories and talking points for key spokespersons. Works with the CEO to determine media spokesperson on events and news stories; determines the appropriateness of media releases for informaon and formulates the content, ming and manner of releases with company policies.  Manages crisis communicaon in accordance with company’s process. Operates department within +scal parameters de+ned by the CEO and CFO. Regularly parcipates in markeng training and educaon sessions. Maintains required knowledge of emergency preparedness and compliance plans.  Serve as liaison among community agencies. Builds and retains relaonships with key community leaders. Parcipates in the planning and organizaon of special events, open houses, dedicaons and displays, developing the appropriate goals and emphasis for each event. Supervises the day to day operaons and e&orts of the local markeng representaves.  Supervises the day to day operaons and e&orts of the local/regional markeng representaves.  Review weekly markeng representave’s CRM, call visit reports and provide direcon when indicated.  Provides referral service and ensure referral source needs are being met.
