CMO – Listrak ( Lancaster PA Area )

Listrak is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead all aspects of the marketing function from brand awareness through lead generation. The ideal candidate must have recent experience as a Senior Marketing Leader in an fast paced expansion-stage B2B software/SaaS company. The CMO will infuse our Marketing Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. About Listrak & Our CMO Need

Since 2014, Listrak has tripled in size as a company in both revenues, and employee headcount (growing from 100 to 300+ employees during that time span.). While an impressive feat in itself – we’ve accomplished this growth without ever taking on a cent of outside venture capital. We are a completely organic & family owned business.

Listrak has been built on the entrepreneurial spirit of our CEO and Co-Founder/Chairman – a father son duo who to date are still heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO will play a critical role in partnering with the executive leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as Listrak continues to enhance its solution offerings and undergo substantial growth and value creation.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, participatory manager who will lead the Marketing team. As part of the Listrak executive leadership team, the CMO will ensure realization of the organization’s strategic goals.

The CMO is passionate for their profession and will possess significant knowledge for all things pertaining to marketing. They can balance a creative mindset with a practical business acumen and lead people through strategic marketing initiatives. The goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it achieve revenue objectives.

Assuming overall responsibility for the marketing strategy of Listrak, the CMO will:

Inspire and manage a high-performance marketing team.
Provide leadership in strategic and operational planning with marketing, messaging, and go-to­ market plans for product penetration, channel partnerships, lead and demand generation
Stay on top of trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.
Be adept at setting priorities that set Company apart from its competition and drives revenue.
Align the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives.
Provide leadership in strategic and operational planning with marketing, messaging, and go-to­ market plans for product penetration, channel partnerships, lead and demand generation.
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Evaluate product/service value-proposition messages and positioning while proactively assessing and enabling the Company’s response to new revenue opportunities
Leverage data and analytics to drive insight and modify business intelligence strategy as necessary.
Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation and promotions, to aide revenue retention and growth.
Work proactively with Sales Executives to leverage a highly efficient sales execution process to fully optimize demand generation.
Set marketing strategy for brand repositioning to increase year-over-year sales that accelerate revenue growth.
Accountable for continually refining the marketing processes, procedures, metrics and tools which will enable the Company to move smoothly through expansion as it scales to next level.
Develop an integrated strategic & tactical marketing plan to address current and future business activities. Monitor and measure results against the overall business plan, within budget and under careful cost/value criteria.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing technology, standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Summary of Qualifications:

10+ years’ leadership experience across all aspects of the marketing function.
Significant experience creating, defining, and operationalizing go-to-market strategies including specialist experience in demand/lead generation.
Bachelors in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field
Experience in a B2B expansion stage company.
Technology savvy; firm knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels.

Strong analytic capability with experience in budget management and closed-loop reporting
A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization, and problem solving skills that support and enable sound decision making
