CMO – Stitch Fix ( SF Area )

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will set the strategy, goals and objectives for all of Stitch Fix’s Marketing efforts in order to achieve aggressive revenue, business, and financial growth goals. You are a professional who approaches work with a game-changing attitude and a desire to make a true impact on the organization via digital and brand marketing. You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, are dedicated to building great consumer experiences and have experience building a brand and scaling a business.

You’re a data-driven marketing expert with a consistently and proven ability to develop and execute effective strategies as well as to hire and build strong and high-performing teams. You have a deep background in performance marketing and in building strong connections between brands and their consumers; and you are excited about being in the trenches with Stitch Fix clients, gaining a deep understanding of their motivations, intentions and behaviors–allowing you to deliver an unparalleled end-to-end client experience.

You are highly analytically oriented but also an out-of-the box thinker with a strong creative mind. You consistently maintain a focus on ensuring strong ROI and building test plans to prove your ideas. You have a minimum of 15+ years of progressive-marketing experience with notable consumer companies; must have been at least VP of Marketing or CMO of a company with a revenue of $1B.
You have an advanced degree, MBA preferred
