Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager with strong communication and digital marketing experience to join our fast-paced team. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling, relevant industry related content to align with the company’s corporate messaging amongst our various lines of business. In addition to superior writing and interviewing skills, this individual will have extensive knowledge in social media platforms/management and working knowledge of SEO/SEM. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for content and digital marketing is a must.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Content creation and social platform management/publishing for all twitter handles, blogs, LinkedIn pages, Facebook and beyond
Develop and maintain editorial calendars based off researching industry “hot topics”, relevant company news and input from internal subject matter experts
Weekly interviews with senior leaders and subject matter experts
In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, strategic planning and launch of new inbound programs when applicable
Increase the success of our current initiatives while gearing up and launching our pending inbound initiatives
Partner closely with SEO vendor to identify and meet content needs in order to increase organic search results
Creation of website content as needed
Creation of marketing collateral as needed
Content creation for direct and indirect marketing campaigns
5-7 years’ experience in content/digital marketing role
Ability to hold interviews with senior leaders, understand key messaging and as a result, develop appealing, relevant content
Strong analytical skills with the ability to constantly measure content effectiveness, identify trends and continuously tweak to increase engagement and web traffic (familiarity with Google analytics)
Must understand the value of content and digital marketing and how it ties into overall marketing strategy and company goals
Strong working knowledge of all major social platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Google+ and Instagram
Basic public relations knowledge a plus including award application and press release creation
Background in staffing/HR industry a plus
BA/BS in marketing or a related field
