“Director, Digital Marketing” for Affordable Dentures & Implants, Inc. (“ADI”), the leading dental support organization for affiliated dental practices that focus exclusively on tooth replacement services. Affordable Dentures dentists not only improve smiles, they improve lives. The network has served more than six million patients since the first office opened nearly 40 years ago. ADI is now the largest denture and implant services provider in the U.S., supporting a network of more than 230 affiliated practices in 39 states under the retail names Affordable Dentures and Affordable Dentures & Implants. In October 2015, ADI was acquired by Berkshire Partners, LLC, a highly-respected Boston-based private equity firm.
The new “Director, Digital Marketing” for ADI will play a critical and visible role in effectively translating and activating ADI’s Marketing and demand generation strategy across digital platforms, with a particular focus on driving profitable new patient leads, top of the funnel conversion, and customer acquisition efforts. The position is based at ADI’s corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC (10 minutes from the RDU airport), and it reports to Mr. Ross O’Donovan, the “VP, Brand & Communications,” whom we recently placed in this role.
The candidates we’re seeking have the following profile:
- Digital Marketing – Robust SEO/SEM, Email, Display, Retargeting, UI/UX, Social toolkit
- Multi-Unit Retail – Ideally, Hospitality, Specialty Retail, or equivalent experience
- Services – Marketing a branded service requiring highly involved purchase decision
- Functional Development – Experience hiring, training, building high-performing teams
