The new Head of CRM for Michelin will stand-up and deploy a North American, enterprise-wide, “digital first” transformational CRM effort and B2C/B2B “Center of Excellence,” designed to increase revenue for the brand by driving engagement, preference, loyalty, and satisfaction across “premium customers and consumers.” The location for this opportunity is Greenville, SC – HQ for Michelin North America.

- CRM/Personalization – Success building and running a Digital-first CRM platform
- Industries – Durable Goods, Entertainment (Gaming), Retail, Hospitality, OTC brands
- Digital Mktg – SEO, SEM, Display, Retargeting, Email, Social, SMS, Web Video
- Building/Leading – Proven success recruiting and training a world-class team
- Entrepreneurial – Large company training, plus time in smaller, more agile business
