You have 5-7 years marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS environment. You have been responsible for developing marketing strategies and plans that include messaging and positioning, inbound marketing, collateral development (case studies, research, sales materials), PR, social media, events and lead generation. You have managed small, highly productive teams. You have strong writing and creative management skills and a knack for simplifying complex ideas that will resonate with target customers. You know how to effectively support enterprise sales and client success teams. You focus on results and analytics, and know Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Analytics or similar tools extremely well. You are flexible, smart, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing efficiently. You love working in a fast-paced, start-up environment and are fun to work with.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working with a super smart team of entrepreneurs, top-notch sales talent, great designers, and fabulous engineers to scale the company and support new customer growth and usage of the platform. You will be leading the marketing strategy and plan development with support from a marketing-oriented CEO, across all channels, from inbound marketing and lead gen, to events and PR, to sales material and collateral development. You will provide creative messaging, copy and other support to the client success team. You will be managing a small team and be accountable for awareness, buzz and new customer growth.
