On behalf of our private equity client, we’re seeking a new President who can further develop HighKey’s growth strategy, execute successfully against that plan and lead the company to a successful exit within a 3-4 year timeframe. The company is headquartered in Orlando, FL and ideally, the President would be based there. That said, the Company is open to a commuting situation, provided the President can sustain a heavy travel schedule. This leader will also serve as the de facto Chief Sales Officer for HighKey, so they can expect to be on the road much of the time.
The candidates we’re seeking have the following experience profile:
- Food/Snacks – Blue Chip: General Mills, Kellogg, Mars, Mondelez, Nestle, PepsiCo/Frito
- Sales Foundation – Most interested in a Sales background; National Account depth
- Small/High-Growth Business – Private start-up, turn-around, fast-growing success
- Team Development – Successful in building and leading high performing teams
