The Emerging Businesses Division of Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Senior Digital Properties and Experience Manager to lead our effort to, improve customer engagement/support and increase sales. This individual will have expertise in building, innovating and managing ecommerce, communication, and content driven website projects. This person will work closely with other stakeholders in Marketing & Product, and collaborate with our technology and site development partners to assist in the design, implementation and ongoing optimization of company owned web properties serving the emerging businesses division of the company. This hands-on expert will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.
Manage overall user and e-commerce experience; manage website administration; maximize our digital assets including but not limited to DandB.com, Hoovers.com, and CreditReports.dnb.com.
Identify and advance opportunities for creative digital design/development
Work in partnership with in‐house Creative Services/Technology/Product and Web Development partners to produce performance driven digital solutions.
Spearhead outsourced development and design projects, systems and process documentation.
Establish and lead digital test and learn environment. A/B and multivariate testing. UI/UX testing.
Analyze website metrics and key performance indicators to identify opportunities to fill and optimize the funnel.
Drive enhancement initiatives, create workflows, train content contributors, and ensure that critical site updates launch on time.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders, compiling feedback, completing tasks, and providing feedback and support where appropriate.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible relevant professional experience; e-commerce and content optimization, digital project management, UI/UX understanding
Leadership — work history includes proven success working independently, in teams, and in managerial roles.
Proven experience developing innovative digital property strategies and compelling user experiences using best industry practices and approaches.
Strong understanding of digital production, publication, and online tools, including media production platforms, CMS & CRM systems, web/data analytics.
Experience managing projects and relationships involving technical staff and contractors.
Knowledge of front‐end programming languages (CSS, HTML) and wire framing capabilities a plus.
