This new “VP, Consumer & Marketplace Insights” will step in behind Mary-Colleen Hershey, who is retiring after an exceptional 10 years with Nestlé. This is a functional leadership position designed to help create a competitive advantage for the $4.5 billion Nestlé USA business as it seeks growth with new customer segments, in new categories, and through emerging channels. Reporting to the CMO for Nestlé USA, this Insights leader – and the team they lead – will deliver high-impact, fact-based consumer, and marketplace understanding, shopper insights, competitive intelligence, strategic consulting, a look into the future, and a consistent ability to translate this understanding into compelling stories, actionable initiatives, and better business decisions.
This position is based in Arlington, VA (Nestlé USA headquarters). The Insights team is split between the Arlington, VA and Solon, OH (Cleveland area) offices.
