Postion Overview

JIBE is looking for a VP of Marketing to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and directing the marketing of JIBE and determining the metrics to gauge success. This will include developing and executing market strategy, driving leads to the sales team and for JIBE’s self-service offerings, plus growing the JIBE brand. This position will also be an important voice in determining corporate strategy and vision. A successful candidate will have to work independently to meet aggressive deadlines and manage the marketing team effectively.


  • Own end-to-end marketing funnel including inbound marketing, lead generation, qualification and conversion
  • Develop and drive lead flow for both a direct and inside sales team, as well as self-service conversions which will be launched soon
  • Own and continue to develop marketing infrastructure including analytics and lead management
  • Manage staff and assist in running email marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing website, and brand
  • Lead brand building efforts through public relations and other strategic marketing activities
  • Participate in Business and Strategic Planning
  • Manage and mentor staff in the creation of content leveraging JIBE data (blog posts, case studies and press releases)
  • Work with sales team to identify needed collateral and assist in its development
  • Identify, test and optimize new online marketing strategies and channels
  • Create collateral differentiating the JIBE product from competitors


  • Have 8+ years of marketing management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS software environment, with a record of strong achievement with proven ability to clearly position and differentiate products to marketing executives
  • Proven ability to drive manage and run a successful demand generation marketing function
  • Internet/Web/Mobile/SaaS competency
  • Demonstrated success in building a B-B SaaS brand and positioning it appropriately in the marketplace
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing and communicative skills for landing pages, emails, campaigns and other collateral
  • Metrics oriented; ability to analyze KPI and ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. Salesforce and Marketo)
