Summit Naturals is an emerging holding company that was established to offer consumers innovative, all-natural snacks and foods, developed in the Pacific Northwest, via an initial direct-to-consumer commercialization strategy. Their mission is to find products that are already familiar to consumers, to make them better-for-you (but without compromising taste, texture, and healthy nutrition), and to wrap them in new, exciting brands that are differentiated in fast-growing, crowded categories. “HighKey” is their second brand, targeted at ketogenic dieters, including weight watchers, athletes, and everyday professionals looking for enhanced mental alertness, and a low carb diet.
Reporting directly to the Founder and COO, the new “VP, Marketing – Digital Acquisition & CRM” will be the de facto head of Marketing, responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution of HighKey’s entire Digital Marketing effort, across the customer journey. This leader will be the primary generator of awareness, traffic, conversion, loyalty and referrals. This role is all about delivering profitable, organic growth and will be based at HighKey’s offices in Orlando, FL.
The candidates we’re seeking have the following profile:
- Digital Acquisition – Skilled at acquiring customers using full range of Digital tools
- Loyalty/CRM – Experience optimizing retention, community and customer LTV
- Ecommerce – Able to drive and convert profitable online transactions
- Food, Snacks, Beverages – Ideally, experience in these categories, with smaller brands
- Large & Small Co – Effective in environments with lean resources and a fast pace
- Functional Development – Ability to build, lead and mentor high-performing teams
