“VP, Marketing – High Net Worth” search for The Capital Group – one of the world’s most experienced and successful investment management firms. With more than $1.4 trillion in assets under management, and approximately 7,500 associates across 24 offices, Capital Group’s investment offerings span public equity, fixed income, balanced portfolios and private equity. Clients include institutions such as public and corporate retirement plans (defined benefit and defined contribution), endowments and foundations, sovereign wealth funds, tier one financial institutions, retail investors (who invest via the American Funds mutual fund family) family offices and high net worth individuals (served through the Private Client Services group).
Capital Group is seeking to deepen its penetration into the High Net Worth (HNW) customer segment, with a goal of doubling their market share in the next 3-5 years. The Company is seeking a strategic Marketer, with experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management, to lead the organization’s HNW efforts in the fastest-growing channels. The new “Vice President, Marketing – HNW” will report to the SVP, U.S. Wealth Management Marketing (Mr. Brian Daniels). This role will be located at Capital Group’s global headquarters in downtown Los Angeles, CA.

-Financial Services – Ideally, Wealth Management and HNW Marketing experience

-Digital Toolkit – SEO/SEM, Display, Retargeting, Email, Affiliates, Social, Mobile
-Sales Enablement – Understands how to drive lead gen, CRM, support selling efforts
-Functional Development – Ability to build, lead and mentor a high-performing team
