The VP of Digital Marketing will deploy highly advanced lead-generation and customer engagement plans, as well as leverage digital direct response efforts across the entire organization. She/he will oversee and direct development and delivery of the brand’s digital marketing and strategy, driving purchasing behavior through the use of all available digital techniques, including emerging platforms and technologies.
- Minimum of 10 years of related technology experience with 8+ years of progressive digital leadership responsibilities in marketing, media, and/or digital marketing industries in financial services, retail, or hospitality sector
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for, developing, and implementing organization-wide technological and integrated digital marketing strategies in a multi-location or franchise environment – 500 locations or more
- History of collaborating on, developing, and executing ambitious and disruptive digital strategies to increase business performance and growth
- Masterful command of multi-platform/channel digital campaign operations and team management to drive double-digit ROI and revenue growth
- Proven leadership working with franchisees, employees, and partners
