John Wooden once said, “If you’re not making mistakes, then you’re not doing anything. I’m positive that a doer makes mistakes.”  We know that CMO Club members are doers but we wanted to know what mistakes they felt they were making. We asked CMO Club Members, “What is your biggest business mistake in the past two years?”  Here’s what we found out…

  • 61% of CMO Club Members said “Spread Yourself too Thin”
  • 23% of CMO Club Members said “Fired too Slowly”
  • 8% of CMO Club Members said “Assumed your boss would change”
  • 8% of CMO Club Members said “Managed Agencies Incorrectly”
  • 0% of CMO Club Members said “Hired too Quickly”
