Jackie Woodward, CMO of Bojangles Restaurants Inc., shares her philosophy of using a 90-day plan when starting any new position, how it helps in taking control from day one, and the importance of creating a personal Board of Directors right from the start.

Jackie Woodward left McDonald’s in 2006 when she was recruited to Miller Brewing Company.
